Privacy policy

The short version

We do not have accounts, we do not have a newsletter, and we do not ask you for personal information. We measure aggregate traffic so we know which pages are worth maintaining, and we count clicks on outbound dispensary links. That is the whole of it.

What we store on your device

When you confirm you are 21 or over, we store a single value in your browser's local storage so the notice does not reappear on every page. It contains no personal information and never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not fingerprint you or follow you across other sites. It reports aggregate page views, referrers and page performance, nothing tied to you. Because it collects nothing personal, it runs whether or not you accept the notice below.

We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share any data with data brokers.

Outbound and affiliate links

Links to dispensary websites and menus pass through a redirect on this site so the click can be counted in aggregate. We record which listing and which button was used. We do not attach that to any identity, because we do not have one for you.

Once you land on a dispensary's own site, their privacy policy applies, not ours. We have no control over what they collect. See our affiliate disclosure for how the commercial side works.

Server logs

This site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data, including IP address, as part of delivering and protecting the site. That is Cloudflare acting as our infrastructure provider; we do not build profiles from it.

Children

This site is intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age, and we have no mechanism that could.

Your choices

• Decline the notice and analytics cookies are never set.
• Clear your browser storage to reset every preference we hold.
• Use any browser tracking protection you like. Nothing here depends on tracking you.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
